Revision to Solidworks file with new technical drawing

Very quick job for a skilled Solidworks or similar cad based designer.

I would do this job myself but unfortunately my computer is being serviced and I need this work urgently.

.IGES or .STEP file will be supplied with existing technical drawing in PDF.

I need one simple dimension changed to the 3D model and then the technical re-created to show the change. (see attached image for explanation)

All instructions will be provided to successful freelancer.

This is 30 mins - 1 hours work for a competent designer
