Drawings of a new staircase in our coffee shop (Artisan)

We have installed a new stair case in out shop going down to the basement, but the landlord now would like us to submit some drawings for their records of what we have done. We are based in Ealing and need you to start asap. We use to have a trap door going down to the basement which was unsafe so we have now put in a staircase that can be accessed all the time. The plans initially got the go ahead from the landlord (these were just simple illustrations done on word) but now there are asking for more detailed drawings of what we did. Therefore we need someone to do draw these up professionally.
