Design and 3d render my design from floor plans and pictures (2 buildings)

Design details: Hi there,

I’m looking for someone who can make design renders for my building(s) design.
The design is for an old farm (main building) which is a national monument so I cannot change al to much to the old outside walls. On the other side of the terrain I want to build a smaller support building in the same stile as the original farmbuilding.

The new purpose of the building and terrain is a elderly care house for people with Alzheimers.

The terrain is boxed in with a road on one side and a small river on the other. In the main building I created 5 small 2 floor living units.
On the waterside all the units have a small terrace aoverlooking the water. All but one second floors have a balcony on the same side. The living space on the ground floor is designed so an eldery person only needs to be there. (Living, kitchen, bathroom, shower, bedroom) On the first floor (reachable with stairs or the chair lift) is a second living space that can be used by visiting relatives.

Behind the support building theres a terrace where a boat will be parked.

The ground floor of the support building has a multifunctional space that can be used for party’s, restaurant etc. On the second floor there are offices. On both buildings at the entrance side I want to create a large glass entrance (see design)
Between the buildings theres some green where the occupants can garden. Between the two buildings theres a ‘Dry walk’ its just a roof so they can move between the buildings without getting wet in the rain

Now, What I need is beautiful renders from about five sides. I need these to go to the city council to discuss permits.

Outside renders
- 1 View from an angle form the roadside
- 2 angles of the terrain from the waterside
- 1 View of the frontal (angle) main entrance main building
- 1 view of the frontal (angle) main entrance support building
- 1 view from the waterside from behind the support building, back with a small boat parked

Inside renders
- 2 views of the inside of a living ground floor
- 1 view of the second floor including a balcony
- 1 view of the support building multifunctional floor
- 1 view of the support buildings offices floor.

And the final renders need to be a little but ‘made nice’ with some added (elderly) people, trees, garden etc. (Oh and in the middle of the garden theres a large magnolia tree that needs to stay 
So, That’s all about for now. I attached a document with pictures of the current situation and another document with a PDF of the design. The design is made with Coreldraw and can also be delivered as CDR file.
