Create a professional aerial site plan of a current development

I would like a professional aerial site plan of a development that is already built, showing the roads, parking spaces/area, gardens, garages and buildings. The development in question requires the resurfacing of some areas of tarmac. The purpose of the site plan is to demonstrate clearly, as part of the tender document, the areas where works are required. Currently held are a google satellite view of the development and a very old plan which is not detailed enough.
