Conversion of .tiff file to laser engravable files

Hello,

I'm looking for an experienced designer to convert a high resolution .tiff file of the lunar surface to a greyscale file which will be compatible with my laser engraver using black anodised aluminium.

This would likely be conversion of chosen areas on the .tiff to a dot matrix .svg or .dxf

We have cut some previous examples before with the .tiff however these were not successful, with lines and
