Combined Plan Redrawn in CAD from PDFs

Hello,
I need an experienced architect/designer to take the attached plans and create three new single-scale plans.
Plan 1 - a plan with both buildings as they are shown on the drawings but on a single sheet with an accurate scale
Plan 2 - a Plan 1 but showing the link between the two that I have currently drawn by hand
Plan 3 - a close-up plan for the annexe based on the layout I have drawn, which is currently loose and not to scale. This shows a potential layout, but we need guidance with design and space management.
Revisions - 3 included after the initial instruction is agreed.
Options - if you have options to offer, please let me know.
I will also need the final CAD file at the end to share with my local architect.
We are in Norfolk in the UK.
