Information for the business: Construction
Design details: The brief is to create a 3D illustration of a small construction project which demonstrates underfloor services and air plenum.
The illustration requires a realistic texture finish taking into account the various surfaces shown such as brick, concrete and steel. The underfloor services include electrical cabling, HVAC and water pipes.
There is a hand drawn diagram showing exactly what is required, this is attached. Also attached is an existing example of the type of finish that is expected (brick work image).
There is no existing CAD wireframe to work from, animation is not required - just a static illustration from the same viewpoint as the drawing attached.
