Building layout drawing.

Hi there, Thanks for checking in. So I em starting a small business in Lombok Indonesia on 300 m2 of land I have there. I would like a rough drawing to show some investors I have coming on board. I know it will not be to size as I have not sat down a finalized the etc measurements with the builders. The basic layout I have added below the rough hand sketch sorry. However, you can see my dream.

1.....3 one bed local style bungalows and a larger 2 bed.
2.....Pool in the middle which has a pool bar to drink from when in the pool, and the pool bar all so supplies beverages to the small restaurant in front.
3...... Small local cuisine, open-plan restaurant in front.

My apologies I know my rough sketch is terrible. However, that's why I have you.

If you could bring this to life with a plan view from top with some color. Not CAD style black and white would be much appreciated.

All so I have added the pic of bungalow and pool bar.
