We are structural engineers in Austin, TX and we have several large projects including a multilevel commercial building with parking lot.
Before we make an open bid on PPH we would like to check if you would be interested in taking a first job from us as a pilot to see if the outsourcing model will work for us.
Attached you will find a file BID_FRAMING AND FOUNDATION_PIER-BEAM where we have the architecture done but need FOUNDATION (pier-beam), FRAMING and WIND BRACING drawings.
Also please find 4 samples attached of how we expect the final work, from previous projects.
Please let us know how many hours or total cost you need for this job.
