Architect / CAD drawings for Fitness Studio

The requirement is to produce plan drawings for a small fitness studio incorporating one main studio space (700 square feet), reception area, mens changing, ladies changing (combined 500 square feet plus existing mezzanine). The total space being 1200 square feet comprising of two single-storey, interconnected workshop units.

- Attend site (East London) and take measurements
- Propose an effective layout for reception and changing facilities including showers and toilets
- Propose materials and construction methods
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for the new layout for building regulations, landlord consent and receiving contractor quotes.
- Provide accurate guidance on building regulations and annotation to the drawings where necessary
