Description
Experience Level: Expert
Location: Rossendale, Lancashire.
We have planning permission to add a new floor to our medical centre and extend two sides. The building which was constructed in 1995 is beside a Grade II* listed building which has meant many problems with Conservation Officers / English Heritage and the planners themselves.
It has now turned out that the cost of works involved when adding the new floor are now no longer viable; meaning that we need to have some drawings made up of amendments to existing ground and 1st floor.
I have all PDF documents including elevation drawings of the planning granted.
The work involves:-
Amendment to existing drawing plans – ground floor and first floor
Elevation Drawings
I have sketched the amended layout specification on the existing PDF layout and the work itself basically involves reworking the existing drawing and reworking the existing elevation drawings.
I now have a meeting with the planners on 21st March and therefore the work must be completed by Wednesday 20th March.
The drawings completed must be to scale and completely accurate.
I have attached:-
The drawings of the approved planning consent – please remember that we are no longer building the new 2nd floor and new plant room. The consent for planning changed to the ground and first floor in terms of physical floor foot print are going ahead by in terms of the drawings amendments you need to see the file called ‘Med-Centre-Drawing-Changes-Red-Text_LATEST’ – this what I need you to draw to scale and also provide elevation drawings.
I have given as much information as possible so that you know exactly how much work is involved.
Please only bid if you are confident that you can do the work to a good standard and with in the time frame.
