2D house plans and 3D drawings of stairs/hall

I would like 2 D scale plans of a house.
I will give you sketches (not too scale) with dimensions and fixtures etc shown. Each room on a page. I will also give you a plan to show the room layout.

Consists of :

LEVEL 1
Entrance Hall
Office
Hall with stairs
wetroom
Store room
Boiler room
LEVEL 2
Kitchen/diner
Lounge/dining room
Rear Hall
4 bedrooms
2 batrooms

Also I woul dlike a 3D drawing of Hall/staircase.
