2D CAD drawing - basic electrical schematic

Design details: We have a very simple hand drawn sketch of an electrical schematic diagram which we need in DWG format in model space. We already have a DWG A4 template set up with our company details which we want to use to generate an A4 PDF document which we can give to a client.
Ideas for the visual style: N/a
Extra notes: We have a number of projects coming up where we need hand drawn schematics turning into CAD drawings, particularly M&E drawings of heating systems. So there is more work we need in future.
