I have the content that seems okay, but it's about insurance so I think a graphic would really help. Michael Berger referred me to you.

Here's the content to get across:

Three kinds of long-term care insurance

Traditional policy: a policy designed expressly for protecting against long-term care losses
can design it to be exactly the way you want
large discounts when buying as a couple
can buy inflation protection
least expensive long-term care insurance per dollar spent
premiums can (and usually do) increase over time
no death benefits (use it or lose it)
strict underwriting

Hybrid policy: a long-term care policy built on top of a life insurance policy
locks in premium amount
best way to pay for long-term care if using a lump sum
can buy inflation protection
simplified underwriting
expensive, especially for non-lump-sum payments
no marital discount (although marital rates do apply)

UL with Long-term care rider: a permanent life insurance policy with a long-term care benefits ride
get life insurance in addition to long-term care benefits, so if it’s not a case of “use it or lose it"
provides all the benefits of permanent life insurance - cash value, borrowing against the policy, etc.
the entire death benefit is available for use as long-term care benefits
lock in premium amount
no inflation protection per se
expensive solution
strict underwriting
