We need you to create the design and layout of our investment brochure from scratch
- Graphic design of cover
- Graphic design of document template (fonts, colors, lines, etc.)
- Layout of document text
- c. 10 financial tables
- c. 20 text tables
- c. 5 illustrations (simple pictorial icons like on the "Our progress in 2014" section on p7 of the first attachment)
- c. 15 photo images

- Find and Photoshop the images

IDEAS FOR VISUAL STYLE
We are looking for something minimal, clean, and sharp that is memorable and has visual impact. Something that is cross between the corporate style of an investment fund and the artistic flair of a film production company.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Film Capital is a new investment fund specializing in independent film.

We are unique in that we not only provide an investment with the potential for high financial returns but we also give our investors the chance to participate in the films we produce. Our investors are given a backstage pass to the world of independent film, including exclusive benefits like visiting a live film set to meet cast and crew and invitations to exclusive red carpet premieres.

We are looking for a professional designer to create a visual style for our investment brochure that will inspire people to invest in our fund.

The overall design should visually signal that we are a safe, solid investment run by dedicated finance professionals. In the first attachment below, please find an example of an annual report that is designed to convey this feeling.

At the same time, we want our investment brochure to have a bit of artistic flair and play with still images from films in a visually interesting way. In the second attachment below, please find an example of a financial table and background image which does this.

HOW TO APPLY
If you are interested, please send examples of magazines or brochures you have designed in the past which are of the same level of quality as the attached examples.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
If we like your past work in the proposal you send us, we will ask you to format two two-page sample pages of text and tables before we commence work.

TIMING
We would like to get started around Monday, 3rd August and finish by around Monday, 10th August.

BUDGET
£500 fee upon delivery of final document and templates

After this document, there are three other similar documents we would also need created.
