Need a Word expert , I need a Brochure converted to a template.

Hello there

I need a person who can convert my PDF brochure templates for writing reports into a word template. Its a very simple template with a few titles & images.

Please note I have already tried , saving as PDF & converting it back to Word & many other programmes. Please bid if you can create the file in word from scratch. I attach a screen shot of one of the most complex pages.
