I need a very simple book cover recreating and saving as print-ready pdf with bleed

We have a png of the front cover design. This needs recreating in whatever application you choose (Indesign, Photoshop etc). I then need a print-ready PDF with front cover, back cover and spine, and a minimum 3mm bleed.

The cover design is just a single block colour and some photos plus text (see attached)

Requirements:
Front Cover: as per attached scan — 4 photographs, author name and title in black text.
Spine: author name and title in black text.
Back Cover: Single photograph, no text.

Dimensions:
Height 20.95cm
Width: 13.04 + 0.986 +13.04 (front + spine + front) = 27.026cm
Bleed: minimum 3mm

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ignore the gradient on the left side, that is not required.

Timescale: I will be able to supply the photos tomorrow or Sunday. I will need the PDF completed on Monday.
