I need a graphic designer for a word document

Industry: Business
Design details: I have written a 22 page industry research report (+ appendix) for a company and I have a template by a designer already (3 word documents specifying the designs of the cover, the indexes and the content). However, I need someone to help me
1) apply the template
2) work out a consistent look, as the content template only defines one level of headings, but I need 4 levels of headings
3) re- work on 5 graphics and 5 tables in the document to make them really simple and elegant like those in the economist magazine.

Ideally we want the document back within 2-3 days, and I will probably have the document ready tomorrow or on Thursday.

Please just send me a couple of your work that shows your experience in developing very clean and modern graphics/presentations/documents.
