I need a front cover and chapter pages made as editable PSDs for companies documents

Design details: I currently have a document which we send out quarterly to our clients. It does the job, but I would like to get the front cover and chapter pages (they are all the same except the title). I will provide you with the latest version of the document as well as the companies website. I am open to suggestions, but my main targets are:

1. Brand shines through in the document
2. Easily editable in Photoshop, exported as PDF and added to the document (this is what I would do with what you supply)

1. A different twist per quarter - It could be cool to have a theme per season?

What I would like is a PSD file with 2 A4 pages. One of them will be the front cover of the document, the other will be a "chapter" page which I will edit the title of as required. I would like to be able to have some on going input in the design but I don't see there being much for someone who knows what they are doing. If you have an example of similar documentation design that you have done previously, this would make me more comfortable with working with you. The overall look and feel should be fun but informative (you will get the feel when you see the website). I will share the website and document when I accept a proposal.
