Edit and Smarted a scanned document

I have a photocopied/PDF copy of a commercial lease about 25 single sided pages. The lease needs be renewed and only a few things need to be changed such as the date and amount of rent. (and few other very minor things). I am the landlord.

If new PDF can be smartened up even better. It shouldn't take too long for someone to do this.

Once complete I then want to send to the printer to get bound. (Which I will do).
