Design book and publish it on Ingram, both as POD and e-book

I want to republish my book from 2003 (see www.yantu.com/books), English version, with new updates and better picture quality, where the pictures flow in the text as opposed to sit in sections in the middle of the book. The pictures in the first edition were grainy and I got a lot of stick for this, so this needs to improve. It is book about a personal adventure of mine where I rowed across the Atlantic Ocean together with a Chinese friend. I want an aesthetically pleasing book, which is a to pick up and pleasure to read. I want to finish the project in less than 14 days. I'm particular about detail. Finished means that the book has been uploaded and is for sale on Ingram as a BOD and e-book. The POD book to be published in the same size as the original version Ingram size 5.060 x 7.810. It is about 240 pages in total. I also need the cover designed.
