We have simple book which needs laying out in Indesign CS4.
The majority of the pages are text approximatly 10-20% of the pages will include a number of simple text boxes and a few diagrams (all supplied).
We will supply the master template page with specified fonts spacing etc, and all text will of course be supplied.
Can you please base your cost on 180 pages.
