He or she can talk on call as long he can able to explain me things in english.
The animation needed within 1 or 2 days after I share the illustration and voiceover.
Please note I want the artist to be available most of the time in case I need to discuss the project.
I want creative animation, I do not want artist to have limited ability in term of animation.
