2d animation for a foreign exchange house, we are based in London and we basically want to create a similar video to the link I have attached below.

could you be able to give me a quote on how many hours this would take, if you are interested, our video will last around 2 minutes long, we have created a presentation with the basic storyboard of what we want to get across but we will go more in-depth further down the line. Could you please let me know if there would be anything you need, as in we are happy to provide graphics as well as rough sketches of storyboards.
