5-10 second HD video animation of growing tree with small blossoms emerging

I need a short animation made of a tree growing as if being painted with shoots and blossoms emerging and then growing two sentences followed by a picture fade-in. See introduction to Mulan II (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LDr9Y_PR8I) 2:30 on timeline for example guide. Please see attached jpeg for picture and sentences. This animation would have more green shoots than in the mulan 2 example and the flowers would be copies of the flower in the ladies hand in the picture attached. Would still want a definite sense of blooming and growth. This would then stop at a screen with buttons underneath each of the sentences for english or spanish versions of a website. The final few seconds of the animation would be everything fading out except the arm of the lady in the picture touching the door (Outlined in red) - this remaining part would fade onto a graphic of piece of slightly aged paper which would move to be positioned close to where it will be used on the homepage. I am open to suggestions about the background being white or black and to positioning/paning of the view. Look forward to hearing from you!
