Need grasshopper work done on analysing big data

The deliverable is a few pages on showing step by step the process of mapping big data. This consists on creating 2d and 3d maps on the movement of people from other countries to Italy. Using visuals to illustrate that on maps and overall globe.
Any freelancer able to help quite fast and efficiently would be appreciated.
Few examples will follow. The first images are examples and the Excel file is my collected data on countries and their immigration to Italy, number of people, different parts of countries and coordinates.
