Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Some time ago, I worked on elevations and floor plans for a small home. Now I would like to finish the design and look at some 3D views. I'm not 100% sure of the dimensions of the home but I figure we can do a rough sketch and then fine tune later.
Let me describe my goals.
My goal is to have a floorplan and maybe elevations of the old structure and then floorplans and elevations of the new structure. I’d like to then print these in high quality and then put in a frame. This will essentially be a “before and after”. I can send you actual pictures as well as videos of the old home if it helps. Some are below as some work has been done.
Some of the files below are actually the "after" work though they're not complete. We'll need to create the original first then do the "after".
See the attachment, “ground floor marked sections”. So all you’ll need to do to make this original would be:
• Make the walls 2 x 4 wood framed walls w/ a brick exterior;
• You see the addition off the kitchen in the back. Simply get rid of that and put a window in that wall. I’ll send a vid of the window that was there. You can just estimate the size of that window. Off the kitchen to the left you’ll need to create a nook.
• Make some furniture changes:
The file "4" is the original drawing with some of the "after" changes though the "after" is not complete. the dwg file “4” I think is the original house with the following changes:
• The walls are thicker here as the original house had 2 x 4 walls
• There’s the extension off the back of the house which is the new addition
We can keep these files for the "after" and then make additional changes.
