Help to create a prototype for remotely controlled keyboard toy

I'm looking for someone to create a working prototype for a consumer product. The product is a keyboard-activated remotely controlled toy; the interface involves translating keyboard strokes to manipulate a motor and pulley. In the first stage, I'd like to get it to a point where we can 'field test' the product. Then in the second stage, having decided on the variables, to create a 3d design file I can use to have the final product made. Please let me know if this is something you could help with (all or in part).
