Facade before and after Sketchup

For this project I would need a 3D image of a before and after from the facade of the building in the attachment. The floor plan before and after is visible on page 1 and 2. As you can see, the plan is to move the glass frame forward. This results in a larger living space, while the covered terrace disappears.
The project only covers the ground floor, but I think to show the difference best, it would be nice to show the entire building on the side you see in the pictures (terrace side). The right part of the building needs a bit more detail than the left, since this is the relevant part.
We don't have exact measurements of the floors (height etc), so if you make a relevant estimate that would be fine.
