Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Need:
At least six renderings in high resolution to be used for physical signage and on the web.
Three Exterior Renderings (two day shots and one night shot)
- Perspective selected by you based on what we think "shows" home/homes best
- All we ask is the the light coming in/out through "poked" holes is apparent and that one rendering shows both homes that are on the lot.
Three Interior Renderings:
- Kitchen, Bedroom, Living Space
- Furniture/Art/Fixtures added for rendering should be minimal
WIP Project Marketing:
Your renderings will replace images at the ripple.build website below. Only two of the current images are of the actual floor plan. The others are representative of the interior "feel" of the design, but do not represent "spaces" in these homes:

Home Aesthetic/Materials:
The building is a raked finish cement block exposed on the interior and interior with floor to ceiling glass at 8'. Cement blocks are replaced with translucent/glass blocks across the structure, providing an interesting light effect both in and outside the home. The interior of the home will be finished with an industrial feel - no drywall, exposed lumber joists/ceiling painted flat white, interior walls made with bleached or weathered wood (plywood or 1x10), Linear and Industrial fixture minimal LED lighting across the home industrial, brushed metal door/plumbing hardware

Renderings We Like:
We appreciate the muted "greyish" color scheme but need to ensure that the finished images will present well on physical signage.

Budget: Propose a firm fixed fee for the described work
Ideal Timing: We are trying to get these posted by tomorrow if someone has bandwidth
CAD and Sketchup Model Can Be Found Here:

Notes:
1) The interior walls are missing from the sketchup model but would only need to be added to the interior rooms being rendered if the scene required it
2) You can poke a hole in the wall at a block if the current locations are not ideal for rendering.
