Hi Kate, I am a consultant who helps social enterprises set up and register as companies. Which involves filling out paper forms for company registration. I work largely on my own and. it would be good to get someone on board to help with some of the routine work such as filling out company applications. With company applications All the info is already in a form full names address dates of birth etc and just needs to be transferred to an amendable pdf doc and saved and returned to me so I can add the remainder of the details. there is just one piece of work to begin with. As for in all cases would need work done fairly quickly, say by this coming Tuesday but sooner the better. In this case just the names and personal details of 7 directors and registered company details to be added in a number of places. I will provide written guidance for the first one but it is really straightforward and would expect if works out ok would do at least 5 of these a month plus other similar work entering details for charity applications and also perhaps Proof reading. Accuracy is important.
