Hello Elaine

A client of ours - a motor finance company is looking to understand their 'not taken up' reasons.

Note: These customers went into motor dealerships and wanted to buy a car. The salesperson offered a Hire Purchase finance plan and proposed the customer through our client's online application processing system.
We need a reliable person able to telephone 250 people as below

We need to research 2 sample sets – 250 Accepted as proposed / 250 Conditionally accepted deals.

Firstly, did you know you were proposed to this company?

What was the reason for the not taking the offer up...

a. They financed elsewhere
b. They cancelled the purchase
c. They Paid cash
d. Other (Collate and count reasons)

That's it!

What sort of costs/timescales would you lie to offer for achieving this?
