Description

Dear Sir/Madam,

Basically, I have recently been looking to create a website around an art business I am setting up. I have been steadily working at it for a while now and it is slowly starting to take shape. However I have absolutely no coding/css/html knowledge and my limited plug and tweak approach toward custom CSS layout on Squarespace is only getting me so far.

I am contacting you surrounding two main issues:

* Within the Frontrow template of Squarespace:

I am looking to fix my wrapper in place so it always hovers in the same position but the contents beneath scroll through. Ideally, I would like it fixed as shown whereby on my Frontpage it appears above the footer, but underneath the container block so nothing is obscured (as shown in pic.).

I would like the footer fixed to the bottom of all my pages with a possible addition of a "search bar" within.

* I am looking to make sure my current custom CSS code functions optimally.

Having no knowledge, I have learnt by trial and error and pulled code from various places to get my current look. However, I am concerned that it may not be optimized for the majority of browsers. (Mozilla, IE, Chrome? - not sure how this all works). Is it possible to review this?

Additionally, I am looking to have my wrapper folder open upward - "drop up", not "drop down". I could not get my subnav. "artist" folder to open as intended but I have found a temporary workaround. Appreciate any fix so it displays similarly to example template. (i.e Picture 2.)

All my imagery/logos are quick placeholders while I try and find a nice layout I like. Any thoughts welcome.

I hope this information suits for an initial assessment of time required/cost. I can invite you to my site to assess if you wish.

Kind Regards,

Jack.
