Hi Sharon,

I am working on revamping our staff handbook. It is about 70 pages and mostly text with some charts in the data protection section.
I am working from a master document provided to me that has a different bits of content cut and pasted into it. I have established a design direction (using arial, arial bold and some garamond) and I want to create a new and clean version of the staff handbook that reflects the style I have set.

I will attach the original document called Maria Prec Handbook (it has a black cover with type on it). I will also attach the word document I tried to start and then realised I need help (Hello and welcome to Precedent).

My doc reflects a style direction that I would like to consider plus a snapshot of a portion of it--to give you an idea of how I just want to do a nice and clean document with clear section breaks, etc.

Please let me know what you think. The plan is to bind each handbook on the left side. My main goal is to take the original document and to clean it up so it's easier to read and flows logically. Right now is doesn't have much shape.

Thank you,
