Write 16 Role Guides (Enhanced Job Descriptions)

We need an experienced HR or Management Consultant that specialises in producing focused, SMART objectives - in this case, in the form of enhanced job descriptions (known internally as 'Role Guides').

A high standard of both spoken and written English is required to perform this role. Interviews will need to be held during UK working hours.

This project requires arranging and conducting interviews with (initially) 16 people to identify:

* The key results areas of their job role
* What the key activities are
* SMART objectives for each activity / area.

The output from this project is to take this information and create 16 Role Guides as Word documents (no longer than 2-2.5 pages) using the template provided.

Several sample role guides are attached. Please note that these are for the IT / Software Development Team so other role guides required will be less technical from a software point of view (but each role will have its own 'technical language').

We have already produced 15 Role Guides from the list of 31 job titles shown below. We require the remaining ones to be produced:

It is estimated that this project will likely take approximately 40-45 hours to complete.

In your proposal, please estimate how long you require to arrange and conduct the interviews and how long each one will require for writing up. This can be produced either as an estimated amount of time per role or as a total for all 16 roles.
