We Need A Franchise Recruitment Manager For Our Reputable Online Dating Company

General information for the business: We offer a unique way to help single people get more dates online by verifying them in-person to prove they are for real. We also take their photo, write their profile and coach them to attract dates. The service is provided through a network of local area franchises.
Description of Business Development: Following a successful pilot period, we are seeking a new valuable home-based team member to work with us on a long-term basis to help recruit new franchisees. You will need to be instantly likeable, reliable and available during the daytime and early evening. Full training will be given.

The role will require telephone interviewing prospective purchasers of our unique dating franchise. The url of the website can be found in the attached file.

ALL the calls will be in response to an inbound enquiry made by the prospect via email or phone as a result of online advertising.

The process involves an initial call to confirm safe receipt of the online information pack, which you need to send electronically upon receipt of the lead. Ideally you may also get the chance to offer any initial questions arising and build an early rapport with the prospect.

A follow up call would then need to be scheduled once the prospect has had time to consider the information and prepare any questions.

Relationship building is the key objective of this call. Only if they get to know, like and trust you (and they have the desire, money and authority to proceed) will they buy!

Some prospects may then require a face-to-face meeting with a head office representative, which at this stage can be scheduled with me in Nottingham.

Prompt response to requests for information and follow up calls is essential, as is the efficient management of a sales prospect database.

The number of prospects will vary depending upon the level of advertising being conducted but initially will average around 25 - 30 per month.

Whilst we are seeking a professional and reliable relationship builder, you need to be prepared to grow with us and work on a low but acceptable pro-rata hourly rate (some tasks may take only a few minutes), in addition to an uncapped sales bonus of 5%, representing approx. £300 per month minimum!
