I run a niche boutique agency that focuses on recruiting for the finance sector, specifically tax. I am looking for a freelancer who can support me on a number of projects in the new year.
The role:
The primary role of the resourcer is to source suitable candidates for the business.
Range of responsibilities:
Email/inmail related:
Effectively tailor LinkedIn messages written by the other recruiters.
Write compelling LinkedIn messages for active roles - not vital, but a plus if you can.
Write compelling LinkedIn messages for speculative roles - not vital, but a plus.
Create lists of potential candidates on LinkedIn.
Send compelling messages via our database.
Candidate Management:
Contact existing candidates and approached them with roles via the telephone.
Send emails to existing and “cold” candidates.
Track candidate leads.
Convert candidates.
Ad hoc work related to the candidate generation process.
Provide recruitment support to the director as and when needed.
Hourly rate plus bonuses.
