Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are a UK based EPOS solution provider requiring a full time (35 hour) technician to provide ongoing 1st line support services to our growing estate of retail stores.
Must have pleasant telephone manner and be customer service focused. Competent knowledge of general I.T. issues, Microsoft Windows & Office essential. A working knowledge of SQL would be desirable but not essential.
You will require a suitable speed Internet connection for access to our VOIP exchange and to provide remote support to our clients.
Full training of our software will be provided.
Need not be UK based but must be available during UK office hours. (Hours spread over the 7 day week but will predominantly be Mon-Fri).
