I require somebody to help with making reservations for my clients. Often this will only be a few hours of work a week but as my business grows so will the workload.
Reservations will be made through a telephone call. The numbers and all information will be provided and I will require you to enter the reservation details into a spreadsheet. Its nothing complicated.
A great telephone manner is essential along with attention to detail and the ability to ask questions and to not be afraid to make suggestions.
