Creation of employee bonus scheme document

I am looking to introduce a performance related team bonus scheme to a small team of 4 staff.

The basis of the scheme is that they will have a monthly team 'bonus kitty' from which various deductions will be made each time an error occurs from any one member of staff. At the end of the month whatever funds are left in the kitty will be divided between the 4 staff.

The idea of the scheme is clearly to offer a financial incentive to get the team to concentrate more in hope to minimise mistakes. The team element will hopefully encourage teamwork and also avoid unnecessary admin or 'witchhunting' by myself whilst overseeing the scheme.

The basis of the scheme has be drawn up in a 2 page document which highlights the penalty elements. I am now looking for an HR professional who can take the (rather cude) prototype scheme I have drafted and write an official scheme policy document which can be presented to the employees and kept on file.

A professional who has previous expierience in writing employment contracts would be required to iffer guidance and ensure there are no loopholes for which employees could exploit.

The budget for this task is unfortunately low but we would be looking to establish an on going relationship with an HR professional for further projects.
