Description of Business Development: We provide specialist software to enable businesses to sell and deliver learning solutions to commercial customers or internal staff.
To help us grow our business we need the services of a talented and accomplished telesales professional with significant experience in quality lead generation within consultative B2B sales environments. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, persuasive and confident at communicating at all levels. They must also be comfortable prospecting clients within digital software sales environment.
The successful candidate will need to able to quickly and effectively grasp the benefits of our products and services and use their prospecting skills to identify the best customer prospects with the right needs.
The position will initially be for a 5-day trial campaign. Lists of prospects will be provided although some further intelligent researching of the prospect businesses prior to contact will likely improve success rates.
The objective of the prospecting will be to book demonstration appointments for us to show potential clients our systems. These demos will ideally be in a face to face meeting at the prospects location or alternatively over the telephone.
The position will be rewarded with both a fixed day rate and commissions for successful outcomes as follows (to be discussed & agreed with you):
Basic Day Rate: £175.00
For each face to face appointment booked: £75.00
For each telephone appointment booked and completed: £35.00
For each Request for further information: £5.00
