Hi,
I have uploaded a product to my website ( created by a 3rd party ) without realising the name used for the product has been trade marked.
The owner of this name is threatening to sue. Unfortunately the same thing happened back in 2017 with the same company but then they were content with just the removal of the product from the site - this time they are more serious as it is a second breach ( albeit by accident ) . Please see attached letter.

Just a suggestion - why don't you get a list of all Hershey's trademarks, so that you can check future product names against it to keep you out of trouble?
