Description of legal work: Hi
We served a Section 21 notice on a tenant which meant she should have moved out of the property on 08/10/2015 since then we haven't been bothered about her living there but now we definitely want our property back.
We have tried to get hold of her by phone/text but she doesn't reply were not even sure if she's living in the property we have given her until this Saturday 14/05/2016 to vacate the property or we will take further action and this is where I'll need the help. Also rent was due on the 1st which we still haven't received
