Review of governing legislation applicable to recruitment agencies

We operate a recruitment agency in a industry which is governed by legislation. The way we operate is much different to the other recruitment agencies within the industry, and we dont beleive that we should fall into every catergory of the legislation. We require a lawyer to look over the legislation, for us to explain what we do to the lawyer and in theory means we should have have to comply with some of the legislation. Based on the lawyers assessment we need then to develop reasons why some of the legislation we do not to to comply to and put it forward to the company that governs the legislation.
