Review my draft service agreement document and make recommendations

I am a guest and property manager for short stay rentals (think airbnb and similar platforms) in the Portsmouth area. I market properties, manage the guest experience end-to-end and also keep the property maintained.

The business was set up the end of last year and so far I have been running off verbal agreements with my clients (the property owners) but realise I need to put something more secure and binding in place. I have drafted a service agreement but need someone with a legal background and experience in writing/reviewing agreements to take a look at the document and make recommendations to add/remove/amend content as necessary to ensure it's understandable and fair but also water tight.
