Description of legal work: We are looking for a help with preparig a contract for hiring an employee. The company is based in Ireland.
The main points to take into account:
* Contract should include % of equities on the company exit (whenever company is sold or on IPO)
* Contract should include info on bonus and salary (more details will be provided later)
* Other standard clauses to be included for an executive in a startup (holidays, sick days, etc)
* The employee will work as a contractor, i.e. he has his contracting company and will invoice the company once a month
