I need terms for advertising services and terms drafted for partnerships between my business and partners receiving leads/subscribing to partnership. In principle, the agreements would cover a monthly or annual subscription (equivalent to a monthly rate), and a fee per lead plus terms of payment for leads received. I am VAT registered.
