Description of legal work: I have accepted an offer from a new employer and prior to signing the new contract, I would like an experts opinion on the contract especially around restrictive covenants which on first pass do not seem overly strict.
Extra notes: A copy of the contract is attached and I would like a review and markup of the document with suggestions of a counter clause where the original is unreasonable or compromising. A timely turnaround is appreciated.
