Description of legal work: We regularly apply for design patents, and we need a registered practitioner who is based in EUROPE who can represent us.
I think you may need to be registered with OHIM to do this, or the European Patent Office.
We would put your name on the applications as a point of contact for any issues. If issues arise, you would advise us and help us with it for an additional fee ofcourse.
You would receive the occasional post which needs to be forwarded on to us.
In the future, we may seek your help to help us apply for patents if you have the expertise.
