I need to draw up an agreement which two businesses can sign working together so that someone does not steal my ideas or take my copywrite for anything that I do regarding my business. I have another company wanting to work alongside me...please can someone help....I need this done asap. Its and etiquette business for children. Im sure its just a page of something I will need.
